Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

In order to receive a return, your article must be unused and in the same state where you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Multiple product types cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or gases or flammable liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial reimbursement is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original state, which is damaged or has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your rebate application.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please consult your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps, you have still not received your refund, please contact us at info@artmezio.fr.

Soldered Items (if applicable)
Only items with current prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, the articles are not refundable.

Interchange (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it against the same article, send us an email to info@nanogravure.com To return your item to us by mail.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and if it was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift donor preferred to receive the item first to offer it later, we will send a refund to the donor of the gift and will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping
To return a product, you must return it to us by mail.

It will be up to you to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return charge will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you're shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item that you return to us.
